Donate
The Quad Cities Youth Conference runs strictly off of grants and donations. Make a difference in the Quad Cities community by submitting your donation at https://www.moline.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1005 and selecting a one-time donation or a recurring donation. Your donation is tax deductible and you will receive a receipt via mail.
- In-kind donations of the past have included a variety of conference supplies.
- Monetary donations are used towards venue rental, scholarships to attend the conference, lunch costs, and the keynote presentation.
Volunteers
- Quad Cities Youth Conference Planning Committee meets monthly throughout the year to create/plan a successful conference. There is a variety of sub-committees that assist with each aspect from food to registration to the fair and beyond.
- Day-of volunteers help with set-up, clean-up, serving lunch, and assisting participants.
Community Representatives
- Representatives from local organizations, institutions, and businesses can host a table during the community fair or provide workshop presentations related to conference theme.

2021 Endowment Challenge
In 2021, QCYC was invited to participate in The Moline Foundation's Community Endowment Challenge. Our fundraising goal for the endowment was $10,000. Through the generous community, fundraising and raffles, we meet our goal by December 31st, 2021. The Moline Foundation matched our funds by 50%. The intent of this challenge was to help create and grow endowment funds which will serve our organizational needs into perpetuity.
